Hello,
I was lucky enough to have a pileated woodpecker come to my yard for about 10
minutes today. This is the third time I have had one in my yard in the past 11
years. I was able to get a few decent photos and watch him jump from tree to
tree and then to my suet feeder. Nothing else too interesting being blown in
by the wind, yet. Keep an eye out for a pileated woodpecker if you’re near the
Schlitz Audubon, Vermont Park, Doctors Park and up and down the lakefront
around Milwaukee. Very cool!
