[wisb] Peregrine Falcon in Madison

Down in Madison on business Thur and Friday and about 5:30PM on the Beltline
near the Todd Rd exit today watched a Peregrine Falcon zip across the highway
and hit a Rock Pigeon on a billboard on the north side of the road. Feathers
were a flying. Pretty neat to see and my first of the year. Good Birding.
