[wisb] Ospreys-Bayfield County

I have seen an Osprey sitting (incubating type posture) on a nesting platform
on several occasions over the past week while turkey scouting/hunting in the
Moquah Barrens. Today one bird was on the nest and a second on a nearby "H"
frame on a transmission line.
