Found 5 Orchard Orioles and 4 lark Sparrows in Eau Claire today. 1 young male Orchard oriole was singing in the savannah just N of the Menards on N. Clairemont, 4 more along Jeffers Road just S of 110th (just N of the city's mulch pile). The 4 Lark Sparrows were all in Sky Park, on the edge closest to (across from/W of) the soccer fields. Also... lots of Clay-colored Sparrows, Grasshopper Sparrows, Bank Swallows, Cliff Swallows, a few Vesper Sparrows, and a pair of Yellow-headed Blackbirds at the Truax Ponds...
