[wisb] OT: field guide of German/Europe birds?

Happy spring greetings fellow birders,

My husband and I will be visiting Germany (volcano gods willing) in two
weeks and we wondered if anyone has recommendations for a good field guide?
I don't see many options for German birds alone, but don't know which
European field guide is the "best". For reference, I prefer the Sibley guide
to NA birds because of the wide variety of high quality illustrations for
each species.

Thanks in advance for your help!
