[wisb] Northern Shrike - Lodi, Columbia Co.

Found a Northern Shrike today on hwy 113, in the field directly across from
Piggly Wiggly.
The South end of Okee Bay has opened up some (also on hwy 113), good mix of
Bald Eagles, Common Mergansers, and Canada Geese.
One other; Great Horned Owl on Kohn Rd off of hwy 60 on Thursday.
