[wisb] Northern Harrier Hunting Prairie

I located four Northern Harriers sharing the Faville Prairie near Lake Mills
for hunting. It is fun watching these birds fly just over the grass, dip down
below the grass, and seem to fly in a pattern that covers the same area.
