[wisb] Nicolet Forest bridge closing

Th Eagle River paper reports that beginning Aug. 31, FR 2182 will be closed so
they can replace the bridge over the Pine River; this road is known both as the
Pine River Road and (further west) as Sheltered Valley Road. It's the spot
where I had the Black-backed WP last week. Plan accordingly if you are up there.
