[wisb] New species splits (NO SIGHTINGS)

I apologize if someone posted on this already, but I haven't seen it thought 
this is pretty interesting.  These are apparently all being considered, and the 
first one is apparently thought to be a "lock" according to the post.  From 
what I can tell, the crossbill split sounds to be the least likely of the three 
but I'm not sure.

 

Winter Wren > Winter Wren / Pacific Wren

Red Crossbill > Red Crossbill / South Hills Crossbill

Western Scrub-jay > California Scrub-jay / Woodhouse's Scrub-jay
