[wisb] Milwaukee and Port Washington

We got to Milwaukee today and have started it off great. There were two
canvasbacks and all three species of scoters right outside the art museum.
There was a single glaucious gull on a rock north of the snack bar along
with some gulls I couldn't identify. We were lucky to see the townsends
solitaire. There was also a yellow rumped warbler in the parking lot at the
Holiday Inn in Port Washington.
