[wisb] Milwaukee Snowy Owl, Palm Warbler

I set out this morning before the Snowy post and found the same bird Rick Fare
probably had on the breakwall looking south east from the red lighthouse. There
were no other Snowies that I could find after scouring the entire harbor. I
also had a late Palm Warbler on Sheridan Dr. and Bottsford.
