[wisb] Merlin SW Madison

Surprise of the day was a Merlin that flew over my car as I drove south
on Segoe Road a couple of blocks from Tokay Road.
It was good enough to land at the tip of a blue spruce and remained there
for a half hour or so during which time I was able to get my wife so she
could see the bird.
Some days are more lucky then others.
