Hello, We had a lovely day of banding--species captured include: common yellowthroat (2), Wilson's warbler, magnolia warblers (2), Nashville warbler, American redstarts (2), Northern waterthrush, American goldfinch, gray catbirds (6), Swainson's thrush (3), veery (2), gray-cheeked thrush, ovenbird, Northern cardinal, and indigo bunting. Recapture: Wood thrush banded 30 May '09 as an after second year. Some species observed include: rose-breasted grosbeaks, blue jays, least flycatchers, chestnut-sided warblers, black and white warbler, Eastern phoebe, Tennessee warbler, cedar waxwings, and blue-gray gnatcatchers.
