[wisb] Loggerhead Shrike- Iowa County

On my way home from the field this afternoon I observed the subject bird
east of Mineral Point.
I limited the details of the location since I am rather new to the list and
unfamiliar with how to report endangered species sightings. Please back
channel me if there is someone specifically that should be notified of
sightings like this.
