[wisb] Lesser Black-backed Gull - Lake Altoona, Eau Claire Co.

This evening with the huge Ring-bill flock on Lake Altoona was an adult Lesser
Black-backed Gull, a first for me for this area. It was a very dark backed
individual, looking quite black (mantle barely lighter than primaries).
