[wisb] Lake Winnebago north

The north end of Lake Winnebago nearer the High Cliff Marina is loaded with
White Pelican. I counted over 60. Also many cormorants and a Bonapart Gull
flew over while observing. May be some loons in there. I didn't have a scope
with.
