Hi: The Port Washington Kittywake was flying around the harbor today. It's path covered the power plant to the resturant on the north end of the harbor. ergo: all over the harbor. Below are a few photos taken today. Also, in the past three days since the storm, numerous flocks of Lapland Longspurs with a few Snow Buntings mixed in are along Six Mile Rd from Cty Rd A to Jay Rd. They are all on the side of the road graveling. Four miles of road on Six Mile. Flocks are in groups of 8 or so to 20. Thursday the total count for the Longspurs was well over 200.
