[wisb] Killsnake WA

Took a quick trip up to Killsnake late yesterday afternoon (6th). Did not see
any Rough-legged Hawks. At least 2 Northern Harriers and at least 5
Short-eared Owls. They were very cooperative, perching on the posts and in the
fields near Lemke and Aebischer Roads. My 3.5 year old son was very excited to
see them that close.
