Hello, Thanks to everyone who responded (and I'd still enjoy hearing from anyone with an opinion on this Junco!). The consensus was that this is an Oregon Junco. I had 9 responses as follows: Female Slate Colored Junco - 1 Oregon Junco Subspecies - 6 Hybrid Oregon/Slate Colored (Cassiars) - 1 Don't know, interested to hear what others think - 1 (and 2 if you count me!) I found the responses to be really interesting and I very much appreciated the links that people sent as well as some that I found. I have included a few below for anyone interested in reading up on the various subspecies of Junco. So until I can get a better picture of this bird I will have to chalk it up to being a Dark-Eyed Junco - I'm going to leave out any potential subspecies since there is plenty of room for doubt as to the specific subspecies based upon what I read and what people responded with.
