[wisb] Horicon update

Both Black-necked Stilts were seen right next to Dike Road opposite the water
control structure at 0730.
One Glossy Ibis was seen along the north side of Hwy. 49 west of the pump
house. Better shorebird habitat here today along with a good number of birds.
Mainly Lesser Yellowlegs and Dunlin.
