[wisb] Horicon NWR water levels

Chatted with Horicon NWR biologist today, Plans are to draw down main
pool, teal pool ( that is the one East of the pump house on Hwy 49)
and I-9 ( the first big pool as you drive north on Dike Rd) 3000
acres were burned this spring (several large cattail burns in the
areas to be drawn down).
Now if Mother Nature co-operates with those plans....
