[wisb] Horicon Hwy 49 Shorebird habitat

Made a lap of Horicon marsh today. There is a bunch of shorebird
habitat right now south of 49 east of the pumphouse. I had yellowlegs,
pecs, dunlin,a dowitcher, least and killdeer. about 300- 500 shore
birds. Dike Rd was standard stuff. Bird of the day was shoveler, they
were everywhere.
