[wisb] Hawk Owl south of Eau Claire -- YES

The Hawk Owl was still present around noon not too far from the Down to Earth
Garden Center on the west side of Hwy. 93 south of Eau Claire. It was hunting
in the general vicinity of Greenway St. and Arndt Lane, west to an undeveloped
area west of the construction trailers along Arndt. This is about 1.5 miles
south of I94.
