Sorry for the late post but yesterday morning (Saturday) I had an awesome landbird flight at my house in Washburn, Bayfield Co. I counted nearly 1000 migrants in under 3 hours, dominated by warblers (largely Yellow-rumps), American Robins, Rusty Blackbirds, and many unidentiified passerines. Had my first HARRIS'S SPARROW of the fall, first adult White-crowned (Gambel's), influx of Dark-eyed Juncos and kinglets, more Philadelphia Vireos than I've seen all fall, and still 14 species of warblers. Yellow-rumps, Palms, and Tennessees dominate but diversity remains good. Also got my best-ever pics of Black-throated Green Warbler: http://www.pbase.com/rbrady/image/152478215 http://www.pbase.com/rbrady/image/152478213 Full eBird list: http://ebird.org/ebird/wi/view/checklist?subID=S15227850 Ryan Brady Washburn, Bayfield County, WI http://www.pbase.com/rbrady #################### You received this email because you are subscribed to the Wisconsin Birding Network (Wisbirdn).
