[wisb] Gyrfalcon - Ashland

I saw the Gyrfalcon on the Ashland oredock from 3:00 to 3:45 pm on Wednesday,
visible from Kreher RV Park on a chute low on the west side about 2/3 of the
way out. I had checked three other times in the past two days without seeing
it.
