There is a good shorebird pond which needs to be monitored throughout the
upcoming shorebird migration just SE of Green Bay. Today there were just shy of
50 Pectoral Sandpipers, 15 Greater Yellowlegs, a few Lesser Yellowlegs, a
Dunlin, and a Snipe. The pond is on Willow Rd just west of Buyarski Rd. This is
about a half mile north of the famous Hwy 29 pond which is also still worth a
check for shorebirds and waterfowl.
