Observed Pine Warbler checking out the Grant Park feeder prior to more
typical foraging activities. This is at least the 4th year this sweet
singing beauty has returned to nest in a nearby white pine.
A loon was seen/heard calling in flight at Warnimont Park in Cudahy this
a.m. Guessing it had overnighted on the Lake and with a NW trajectory,
was heading inland. Oodles of grebes offshore from Grant Park, tho without
a scope, I could only guess.
