[wisb] Dane Co Barrow's Goldeneye still present Monday evening

The Barrow's Golden in University Bay in Madison, discovered by Aaron Sturz on
Sunday Dec 13 was still present in University Bay from 3:30 to 4:30 PM on
Monday Dec 14. It was quite a ways off in the distance in the open water closer
to Picnic Point, as viewed from the boat landing. It was diving constantly and
would surface for maybe 5 to 7 seconds at a time before diving again, so it
took a bit of effort to locate and observe.
