[wisb] Cty V and Schumacher,Dane co.

I went by both Cty V and the ponds on Schumacher road. Saw least at both ,and
a couple lesser yellowlegs. The west pond on Schumacher has the potential to
get really good if it keeps drying out. It has nice edges now.
