[wisb] CLIFF SWALLOWS IN FOND DU LAC

The Cliff Swallows have returned to the Fond du Lac Harbor in Lakeside Park.
They were busily beginning nest construction on some of the boat houses
yesterday. I, however, didn't see any working under the eves of the lighthouse
as of yet.
