[wisb] Re: Black-necked Stilts in Dodge County

At least 3 were still present at 3:15pm.  One was on the north side of the
road in the mudflats and the other two to the South.  Nice variety of ducks
as well including Redhead, Shoveler, Blue and Green-winged Teal, Pintail,
Mallard and Gadwall.
