[wisb] Black and WW Scoter still on Mendota

For anyone not in the Facebook group, or on the text alert service (why

The five scoters (1 WW; 4 Black) were still hanging around between
Frautschi and Picnic Points, best viewed from the beach near the bathrooms
on the way to Picnic Pt.
