[wisb] Birds to keep an eye out for this weekend...

It's been interesting to see what's being reported in surrounding states
the last few days. In addition to that Minnesota Brown Pelican, there
have been three Black Vulture sightings this week in Mackinaw City, MI
(up by the Straits.) Whippoorwills in Iowa and Indiana, Ferruginous
Hawk at the Cincinnati/KY airport, Purple Martins at Montrose (IL)
today... with strong SSW winds forecast for this Saturday, a guy starts
wondering what might show up around here...
