Bill Hilton recently "returned from lecturing and banding at the annual New
River Birding & Nature Festival in Fayette County WV. ---they "were
impressed and amazed by the diversity of flora and fauna that abound in the
Mountain State--especially during the 'Appalachian Spring'.For their
