[wisb] Bender Park, Milw Co., Kestrels

Observed a pair of Kestrel on opposing branches of the same young sapling
tonight overlooking the lakefront and from the southern access point on
Oakwood. It was almost a "Hallmark moment" in that the opposing branches of
this young tree were absolute in their opposition. Wished I had a long lens on
the camera, or an attending Flores camera support system.
