[wisb] Beaver Dam River Dodge county

We spotted a pair of cackling geese from the Meadow rd bridge and I
was able to spot a Ross's goose from York Rd along the river. (scope
needed) A rough legged hawk was along the marsh as well.Things were
sitting tight as the temp was 11*.
