[wisb] Barrow's Goldeneye in Madison - YES - Hawk owl video in Burnett County

Hi Folks,
The Barrow's was very viewable from the tip of Picnic Point this morning. Also
there were Common Merganser, Hooded Merganser, Ruddy Duck, Common Goldeneye,
Lesser Scaup, Ring-necked Duck, Canvasback, Bufflehead, Mallard, and Gadwall.
A small group of coots were huddling in the middle of the bay in a small patch
of ice and were being "watched" by up to 8 Bald Eagles. Also one Winter Wren
on the tip of the point.
