Hello!
Rita Wiskowski and I birded Racine County (Wind Point/Shoop Park) this
morning, but did not see any migrant warblers or other songbirds. For
shorebirds, we had a few Spotted Sandpipers and a Semipalmated Plover.

At the Willoway entrance pond in Grant Park, though, we finally had some
warblers, including American Redstart, Nashville and Magnolia Warblers,
plus Ruby-Crowned Kinglets and a possible Chesnut-sided Warbler. There were
Indigo Buntings, Song Sparrows, chickadees, an Eastern Wood-Peewee and a
Blue-gray Gnatcher around as well.

On Saturday, I saw a Wilson's Warbler in the same location, and Steve
Lubahn saw a Cape May. Slow and steady they come...

Good birding,
