[winxp] cgi on IIS

hi all
I have a probleb running cgi script on web server in WinXP. I
created a cgi virtual directory, and made a short exe file to
try the script, but i always get a authentication error.i thing
that everything is set correctly, I selected the anonymous
authentication on "directory security tab" of my cgi virtual
directory, I have IUSR_PC user created, but I have fat32 sytem
partition, could it be problem ?
