[windows_errors] [What_Error_Messages_Really_Mean_WinXP] RTL Error Message "unable to start driver for HPHipm09.exe"

This problem started as an intermitent issue weeks ago. My first fix
was to "system restore" for a week.That stopped working. I
uninstalled the HP PhotoSmart 1000 printer, downloaded the latest HP
driver and installed the printer. NOT!!!! My current work-arround:
boot the computer, send the error message to Microsoft and load a
test page into the print que. The test page will not print. I re-
boot the HP Pavilion, the test page prints and the error message
does not return (and I can print from my programs). Any ideas??
