"Programs Do Not Display Date Correctly"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This info is for your Windows 95:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You may find that some programs,may display unintelligible or blank
characters for the date.

This includes dates displayed in the program and also in printed
output.

This behavior can occur if regional setting information for
displaying date formats,is damaged or incorrect in the registry.

To fix this issue, change the regional settings information by
following the steps below.

Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

Double-click Regional Settings.

On the Date tab, select the appropriate date format settings.

Click OK.

Then: Restart or (Reboot) your computer.

This should fix the problem.
