[windows2000] Re: usrmgr - cannot find dc RESOLVED

I had this happen during a botched promotion/demotion. Basically, when the
BDC is promoted, and you bring back the PDC, whichever machine's netlogon
services starts first gets to be the "real" PDC. Does the other one say
anything to let you know? Of course not, this is Windows NT!
