Windows deployment server?
Can be setup for multiple hardware platforms, different images, supports x86
and 64 bit builds...
Works well, yes its tied to Windows, but its a single build server, a lot
more scalable IMHO.

Ghost floppy with image on external usb hard disk.
Preferred solution.
Ghost server, with PXE boot option, and all images on ghost server share.
