Dear All,

I have Exchange 2000 server on Win2K server (PDC, DNS and DHCP servers) and thinking to upgrade to exchange 2003.
It has about 70 users and 80 PCs attached to it.
The questions are:

- Is it recommended to run Exchange 2003 server on W2K server?

- Can I upgrade the W2K server to W2003 server without re-installing it from scratch?
or is it recommended to do upgrade instead of complete re-install?

- Is it true that Outlook 2003 only works best with exchange 2003 and has no advantage over Outlook 2000 if using exchange 2000? (I know this one is not a w2k question, sorry about that)

Many thanks.

Kind Regards,
Audy
