[windows2000] Windows 2003 Upgrade Advisor fails???

Has anyone come across the Windows 2003 Upgrade Advisor not completing?
I have launched from the cd winnt32 /checkupgradeonly and it does not
seem to want to finish. I have not had any problems with my member
servers only once I have moved to a domain controller?
