[windows2000] What does a Stop sign in IIS mean?

I've got IIS 5 (5.1, I think) running on my server. I was taking a look at one
of the web sites in it (a virtual website), under Default Web Site, and noticed
that the website of interest to me has a stop sign icon next to it, with the
word "Error". And yet, people are using it without any problems, that I know
of.

So the question is, what does that red stop sign "Error" mean? I tried to find
something in the Event log but didn't see anything. Perhaps I don't know what
to look for?
