[windows2000] Trend Micro seems to be blocking anyone from access my PC

I've got a simple peer-to-peer network at home, two Windows XP Pro desktops
and one Windows XP Pro notebook. I've written an ASP.NET application which
runs in IIS on one of the machines, and the other two machines to reach my
ASP.NET site just fine. Recently I put Trend Micro's PC-cillin Internet
Security 2005 onto all three machines. Now none of the other two machines
can reach my ASP.NET site.
Why is that?
