Has Vista SP1 been released yet? According to http://www.gpanswers.com/community/viewtopic.php?p=7115 there'll be a tool called "Remote Server Administration Kit" (GPMC-like?) available for x64. After installing the admin pak for Server 2003 some of the snap ins do not work. That is because some of the dll's are not registered.
