Subject: [windows2000] System monitoring

I'm looking for recommendations on software to monitor 2000/XP systems as
well as routers, switches, etc. This would of course include simple ping
tests, plus service monitoring & restart. Email & pager/cell notification
are also a must.

Thanks in advance.
