We do. And apparently it is not working very well although I am not the mail administrator to be able to check why it does not work. What I know is that, as you can see, I am not satisfied with the result. I do not know how good Trend Micro's InterScan Messaging Security Suite for SMTP is but I have worked with other Interscan systems and they worked great for me.
